Indian Creek is a peaceful community with a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents. The community has a selection of facilities including a tennis court, fitness park, multi game and basketball court, football field and baseball area, two children's play areas one with a sandpit, a walking and jogging trail around the lake and a practice putting green. Although Indian Creek is just 4 miles from Disney, it is far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle and is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Locally is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House and The Red Lobster, together with a Chinese and Italian plus a Subway that does great sandwiches. Just around the corner is Rolling Oaks commons, which is home to a Super Target supermarket, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logans, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill, Orlando Ale House and Applebees.. There is also a nearby Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart 5 minutes or so away. A little further along you will find a vast selection of restaurants offering every kind of food imaginable from the fabulous help yourself buffets to Japanese, Chinese and Indian, there is also a huge selection of souvenir and gift shops. Our villa has 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with king size bed and has a TV. The en-suite bathroom has both bath and separate shower with his and hers sinks. There is also a large closet off from the bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with bath and over shower. This room has a TV. Bedrooms three and four are both twins and share a bathroom which also has a bath and over shower. Both bedrooms have TV’s. There is also a DVD player and a CD player and a PS2. All linens and towels are included to allow extra room in your suitcase. The house is equipped with a pack’n’play crib and a highchair. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to make your vacation enjoyable. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and hob and fridge freezer. The washer and dryer are kept in the garage and there are no additional electricity or gas charges to pay unless you decide to heat the pool. The villa has a phone and local calls are free but if you need to call out of state or International we suggest a phone card from any of the local stores. There is a dining table in the kitchen area plus a formal dining area also to provide ample seating for any meals you intend to cook whilst you are staying. The pool is spacious with a great deck area with a lanai and includes two loungers and a table and 4 chairs.
