If you want to enjoy Disney and then escape the hectic day come home to this lovely property! The home is great with two kid bedrooms … Frozen and Star Wars and two king suites with baths!!!! Wind down in the pool and hot tub . The garage has been converted and has a large TV and pool table !! If you want to cook there is a wonderful kitchen but also lots of good restaurants a phone call away for carry out ! It was easy to get to Disney 10 to 15 minutes away ! You can’t beat the price especially relative to on site Disney resorts ! This VRBO is the best way to do Disney!!! The hosts were very responsive as well !!!Thank you for a great stay!!!

Great house! Meta & Michael were so quick to respond to any queries - thank you so much. We arrived late and checking into the villa after a long trip went perfectly. Exactly as described. Lovely homely touches were much appreciated. Our daughter LOVED the beautiful Frozen bedroom. Brilliant games room! Super comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Everything you would need in the kitchen is supplied. Massage chair was amazing! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 9 days at the M&M Dream Villa. Overall it was a great stay! They had a great pool area, private backyard and the house was clean minus a few minor issues upon arrival. The house was stocked with toilet paper, towels and dishes etc. The game room was a cool spot for my teenage kids to hang out. It was close to the H2O water park which is an awesome place to enjoy the water slides without the crowds. Very close to Disney but about 30-40 minutes from Universal. Traffic was an issue at any time of day/night. The area where the house is located is quiet and clean. Pool heat is included in your stay which was nice considering many other rental homes were charging extra for this, however the heat never had to kick on cause it was crazy hot the whole week we were there. The BBQ was a great option as well for the chill nights at the house. Each room had its own bathroom which my teens loved!
A few complaints we had were the doors. The front door key pad gave us a few issues throughout the week so we had to call in the number for help. There is a childproof alarm on the patio door that leads to the pool so when it opens, it beeps loudly. It took us a bit to figure out how this worked but was a nuisance for us early risers while trying to let the kids sleep cause we wouldn't hit the button on time so it would sound and wake everyone up.
The other issue I had is that there is a crew that comes in to mow the lawn and care for the pool which is great however, it would have been nice to get a notification about the date and time that this would take place. When I opened the curtain in the bedroom, the pool guy was right there and it was totally unexpected. The guy who came to mow the lawn came really early and woke up the kids. It was great to have them maintain the property but a notification about their arrival would have been appreciated.
Meta was quick at responding to questions or concerns which was great! Overall our experience was great and our family had an amazing time and made great memories! Would definitely rent from them again!

Michael and Meta are amazing hosts and thank you for hosting us. We had a small issue when we arrived and they went out of their way (and overboard) to correct it. The house is well stocked and the classic arcade was a big hit. Needs a cutting board (maybe we couldn’t find it :). Michael and Meta make it a 5 star stay.

This property was perfect for our family Disney trip! The house is 3 miles from the Disney exit to the parks. There is a Starbucks right on the corner on your way to Disney. The home was spotless. It had all needed amenities- plenty of plates, cups, pans, towels, etc. The hot tub was great after a long day of walking and the massage chair was used by adults and kids ! The game room is so fun! Our hosts were very responsive . We go down to Orlando 1-2 times every year and always rent a house. This was , by far, our favorite . Location and comfort !
